 The EO Global Leadership Academy (GLA) is an invitation-only program crafted for EO’s most committed and visionary leaders. Over four and a half immersive days, you’ll explore not just how to lead, but why. Together with a cohort of carefully selected peers, you’ll sharpen your leadership lens, align with EO’s mission, and prepare for greater impact within the organization and beyond.

  • Who Can Join: EO members serving as Chapter Presidents or higher in POL
  • Time Commitment: 5 days, every 1-2 years as desired
  • Location: Washington, D.C.
  • Cost of Participation: US$5500-$7000
  • Voucher Eligibility: No
  • Language: English

What to Expect

This experience isn’t about titles or tenure—it’s about helping you lead with greater purpose, clarity, and influence. The purpose of the Leadership Academy is to ignite the personal transformation required for great leadership and to advance the leadership skills of our rising member leaders, enabling them to have a greater impact on the vitality of their families, communities, businesses and their personal lives. At GLA, you will:

Who is Global Leadership Academy for?

GLA is intended for EO members who:

  • Are in good standing and compliant with EO Policies & Procedures
  • Have served as Chapter President or in an Area, Regional, or Global leadership role
  • Are preparing for future leadership responsibilities within EO

Note:GLA is highly competitive, and spaces are limited. Meeting eligibility does not guarantee participation. Final selections are made to ensure readiness, diversity and alignment with EO’s vision for leadership.
