What will you experience?

• Before the training: High-level pre-work with videos and exercises that will prepare and excite you for your signature talk creation

• During the training: Through an immersive and intimate learning experience that takes place over the course of five days, EO members gain the unparalleled experience of developing, practicing and refining a signature talk with coaching from stellar presentation experts. They also receive honest and constructive feedback from peers.

• After the training: The result can include GSA certification, which may open doors to new speaking opportunities that allow members to inspire and illuminate audiences worldwide. Or, graduation can simply lead to strengthening an individual’s storytelling, experience sharing and persuasion skills at work and at home, which can prove powerful in everyday interactions.
• Speaker certification is subject to evaluation and confirmation by the GSA Coaching Team, based on the following criteria:
  • Delivery
  • Mindset
  • Content – Clarity and Creativity
  • Content – Structure and Format
  • Perceived Learning Value

Certified speakers will receive an official certificate and have their speaking profile added to the GSA Certified Speakers Database for reference of Learning Chairs and Chapters.
