  • Only registered attendees are permitted to benefit from the special group rate since guestrooms are reserved exclusively for those registered for the event. You won’t be able to benefit from special rates if you are not registered for the event.
  • EO recommends that you book your room as soon as possible, since rooms are in high demand. 
  • Nights outside of the event dates are subject to hotel rate and availability. The special room rate may be extended three nights before and three nights after, subject to availability.
  • A credit card will be required to confirm the booking and deposit will be taken.
